SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on:

  • Your delivery location

  • Order size and weight

You’ll see the full shipping fee before completing your purchase.

For international orders, duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Merza Clothing does not cover customs fees, import taxes, or delays caused by customs processing.

RETURNS

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Returns are accepted for store credit only.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  1. Log into your customer account and submit a return request within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive an email with our return address.

  3. Ship the item back within 3 working days of approval using a fully trackable service.

  4. Returned items must reach us within 10 working days of approval.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and passes inspection, store credit will be issued and confirmed by email.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free from stains, marks, or scents

  • Unaltered

  • With all original tags and packaging intact

Sale items and custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Items that do not meet these conditions will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
