Returns & Store Credit

We understand that sometimes a piece may not work out. Our return process is clear and structured to keep things fair for everyone.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Returns are accepted for store credit only.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

How to Request a Return

  1. Log into your customer account and submit a return request.

  2. Your request will be reviewed once the item is received and within the 14-day window.

  3. If approved, you’ll receive an email with our return address.

  4. From the approval date, you have 3 working days to ship the item back to us.

If the item is not shipped within this time, the return will be cancelled and a new request will be required.

Shipping Your Return

  • You are responsible for all return shipping arrangements and costs.

  • Please use a fully trackable courier service.

  • Returned items must reach us within 10 working days of approval.

Returns that fall outside these conditions will be cancelled automatically.

Original shipping fees are not refundable. Shipping costs apply again when store credit is used on a new order.

Store Credit

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we’ll issue your store credit and email you a confirmation.

Store credit has no cash value and cannot be converted to a refund.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free from marks, stains, or scents

  • Unaltered

  • With all original tags and packaging intact

Items that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to you at your expense.

Final Sale Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items

  • Custom-made or made-to-order pieces

These are final sale.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault, contact us as soon as possible at:

Include your order number and clear photos so we can assist you quickly.

Ineligible or Excessive Returns

Returns that fail inspection or do not follow our process will be declined.

Repeated or excessive return activity may result in account restrictions or cancelled future orders.

Risk & Ownership

Once your order has been delivered or collected, responsibility for the items passes to you. Ownership transfers at delivery once full payment, including delivery charges, has been received.
